To say that Potions was Blanche's weaker subject was an understatement. She didn't take it for NEWT level, but she had some spare time and asked one of the professors if she could use the classroom for a bit. She probably should be concentrating on her chosen subjects, but the thought of living by herself and not being able to whip up a simple pepper up potion...
An hour into her cauldron brewing, she was puzzled. Her potion was supposed to be a watery kind of yellow, not electric blue!
Desperately she looked at the book again. Yes - yes... it all looked right. Oh, wait, what was this other stuff she had to add?
Grimacing, she added it...
Nothing could have prepared her for what happened. It was slow at first: bubbles rose from the cauldron. She stood up, puzzled, and they began spilling over the edge. "Uh oh..." Slowly the bubbles started to engulf the table, the flow all over the floor. Blanche stood there in a kind of absent frenzy; not knowing what to do.

Ezra needed to do some extra studying for Potions, and knew that not much would get done in the Slytherin common room. So he had decided that he would go into the Potions classroom, and he had his bag with him, and he made his way to the Potions classroom. Hoping that no one would be in there, because he didn't feel like socializing with other students. After about ten minutes, he found himself in the corridor that lead to his common room, and he had heard a cauldron brewing.
The cauldron made Ezra cringe, he wasn't supposed to sharing. But when he entered he saw someone having some trouble, and he asked. "Is everything okay?" he asked despite being annoyed that someone was in the classroom, but it was a public space not much that he could do, even though he had desired to do something about it being full.
But he supposed he could help if it was needed.

”Um... well...!”
For some reason she was yelling over at classmate Ezra as though they were in a stadium. The bubbling over cauldron wasn’t noisy: it was just messy. The bubbles kept growing and growing: some released from the fray and were bouncing off the walls.
”Help!” She cried finally, running over to a corner of the classroom and shielding herself.
