This was the sort of thing that couples usually did, wasn’t it? Keir sort of regretted queuing up for the sleigh ride through Hogsmeade. Maybe they would pass the shrieking shack though, he supposed. Overall he was enjoying the winter activities, but this one was a little pointless to do alone. When a random person sat next to him, also looking like they were on their own, Keir turned to them.

”Does this thing go really fast?” He asked them.

Esme really wanted to go on the sleigh rides but with the group of friends she went with there was an odd number so it made Esme have to get on with someone completely different from what she was used to. Esme sat next to an older boy and the ride began. When asked about the ride she shrugged. "Maybe, this is my first time on this thing" definitely true.
